The Start
Additional Information
Phase one will start with the acquisition of an office space or temporary building. NNC will occupy this location for a period of four (4), no more than five (5) year. This space will allow us to a maximum 300 individuals on a daily base. During this time will introduce programs and services to the community and start on our many fundraisings and events that will allow us to be a self-sustaining organization for years to come. These programs will be offered to youth and young adults aged 13 to 24, adult’s programs will also be offered to ex offends, individuals on county assistance, aged out foster care and more.
We are looking for a building or office space between the sizes of 1,900sf to 5,000sf that is either a shell or has office space with enough open space for 50 individuals for our group meetings. A full budget for operation cost is made available for phase one four-year plan.
Being that our services are for all individuals in need of help our area of concentration will center around low income and at-risk individuals. We are looking for a space that is within these troubled areas or with 10 miles of access to public transportation.
Programs will be limited due to space and funding in phase two, some programs will see its full potential once we have completed phase two of our operations. Events and fundraising efforts will be held throughout the city in different locations to not only spread the word about our services but also have more community and city-wide involvement, recruiting volunteers, donors, sponsors, and partners.

The Future
Additional Information will come during year three of phase one.
Phase two will consist of the construction or acquisition of an existing building with a full build-out that will be our permit headquarters and place where all events, programs and conferences will be held.
On day one plans for phase two will be in the works we are hoping to have phase two finished two after our fourth or fifth year in Phase two. Phase two will unlock the full potential of NNC, giving us greater reach with the region, state and boarding states.
For phase two we are looking for the construction or free-standing building between the sizes of 14,000sf two to three stories to 50,000sf. This space will allow our center to help a greater amount of people on a daily base (2,000), expand on current program offerings, and expand community service efforts.
